My first attempt at painting using Photoshop! I'm very very new to digital art, so if there's anyone who has any opinions or advice or links to good tutorials, I would really appreciate it if you could tell me. >//////< I think I still prefer traditional mediums though....

This is actually based on a short story I wrote for my English exam 2 years ago. Allen (the guy in orange) is an art student. He is a Sinless, meaning he was chosen by the Creator to become an angel after death. In the story, his guardian angel Silvros develops a strange obsession over Allen. When Allen was mugged by two men, Silvros destroys the offenders in his desire to protect Allen. In the process Silvros reveals himself to Allen. Heaven banishes Slivros into Lucifer's Realm, but Silvros refuses to leave Allen's side. So now Lucifer's fed up of him too.

Silvros' best friend, Maelvros the Guardian of Fire, is sent to be Allen's temporary guardian angel, only to be confronted by Silvros. Not wishing to harm his old friend, Maelvros places a Fire Seal on Allen's soul against Allen's will. Thus Silvros is unable to touch Allen. Silvros tries to seek a way to redeem himself, knowing that he and Allen will be parted forever once Allen's mortal life is over. The story ends with him leaving Allen to follow Maelvros to seek audience with the Creator.

I used "he" for Silvros for the sake of convenience ("it" sounds really disrespectful), although angels don't have gender.

I did a little survey, more people said that the Silvros in the painting looks like a pretty guy. orz

Psst. Spoiler here! Silvros gets laughed at by the other fallen angels as he becomes more and more feminine in appearance. I'm so wicked.
